Terms of service
The agreement between LambdaWorks and the organizations and people who use Pogon, including the Pogon app for Jira.
In short
- Pogon is free. You bring inference and compute, under your own agreements with those providers.
- Your organization owns its content. We use it only to provide Pogon.
- Agents propose and make changes; your people stay responsible for reviewing what ships.
01Using Pogon
These terms are between LambdaWorks and the organization that creates a Pogon account, and they apply to everyone the organization invites. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.
Pogon coordinates people and AI coding agents through repeatable workflows. It is free to use. Inference, compute and the tools you connect are billed by their providers under their own terms.
02Your account
Keep sign-in credentials secure and tell us about unauthorized access. Organization administrators decide who can access projects, integrations and runners, and are responsible for those decisions.
03Your content
Your organization keeps all rights to the tasks, code, comments and other content it brings into Pogon. You give LambdaWorks permission to host, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide and support Pogon. The privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
04Acceptable use
- Use Pogon only for work you are allowed to do and on systems you are authorized to change.
- Don't attack, overload or probe Pogon, or work around its limits and access controls.
- Don't use Pogon to break the law or the terms of the services you connect.
05Agent work and review
AI agents can be wrong. Pogon provides approvals, checks and evidence so that people can review agent work, but your organization decides what to approve, merge and release, and remains responsible for it.
06Connected services
Jira, GitHub, model providers and runners you connect are governed by their own terms. Pogon acts in them only with the permissions you grant, and stops when you disconnect or revoke access.
07Availability and changes
We work to keep Pogon available but provide it as is, without a service level commitment. We may change or retire features and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you use.
08Liability
To the extent the law allows, LambdaWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by agent output your organization approved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Ending use
You can stop using Pogon and ask us to delete your organization's data at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why when we can.
